Young Lives Profile
The Young Lives: Mental Health and Wellbeing Assessment Service is a community focused service that aims to provide responsive, appropriate and comprehensive mental health and wellbeing assessment and care to all children, adolescents and young persons (up to 25 years of age) experiencing serious and/or complex mental health and wellbeing conditions. At present the office is based in Maryborough and can be accessed between the hours of 9.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. A clinic is held in Bundaberg on Wednesday at Maryborough St between 9.00am and 4.00pm. The service covers a large area including the Sunshine Coast to the south and Bundaberg to the north; north-west to Monto and Kingaroy in the south-west. Plus the Cities and Shires in between.
Mission Statement
The Young Lives Mental Health and Wellbeing Assessment Service is working towards providing an efficient professional service working collaboratively with consumers and the community to promote, maintain and improve mental, physical and social wellbeing in the Fraser Coast, Sunshine Coast, North and South Burnett and Wide Bay Area.
