The purpose of the job is to perform structural engineering activities in the following key areas:
• Pipelay equipment engineering
• Subsea and surface vessel structural engineering
• Flexible pipe ancillary equipment engineering
• Subsea equipment installation engineering
An OED Engineer seeks to combine their theoretical knowledge and increasing practical experience to develop solutions for problems posed by project teams and OED R&D programmes, either independently or in conjunction with other OED engineers.
